Design & Color

  • Each custom product is lovingly created just for you!
  • What you design is what you will receive so please make sure everything is correct.
  • The placement of the animal and name do not move in the product designer, your selection in the drop down menu is what you will receive.
  • Please remember colors can and will appear different from your device to the real life finished product. This is typical and not preventable.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the customized nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable.
  • Occasionally there are issues; minor defects in products, or a typo or other design issue on my behalf.Β  I will gladly reprint for you, if this is the case please contact us at hello@stockshowboutique.com

Production Time & Shipping

  • The current production time is stated on all product pages.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all major U.S. holidays.
  • Most orders ship via USPS first class or priority mail. Please know we are always working to meet or exceed this timeline.
  • You will receive a shipping notice once your package has shipped.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed delivered.

There are simply too many ways for people to reach me and I, as one person, can not check them all. The ONLY direct way for customer support and questions is via email.

The best time to reach me...

  • Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. CST.
  • I am closed all major U.S. holidays. Any other closures are always posted on a bar across the top of the website. Closures do affect production time and orders are not processed during those closures.
