I am sorry orders may not be changed or cancelled after they've been placed. In general we submit the item into production the same business day they are received. Once they are put into production we can not stop them or make changes to them.
I have been asked this a few times and although I understand people thinking the prices are high in all honesty they are not. Your purchase not only covers my cost for the product but it also covers the time I spend designing each piece just for your order, keeps the lights on, pays myself for time spent away from my family, and also pays Uncle Sam. I love my business and the people I serve. I hope you feel as passionately about the gifts I offer as I do and understand my position as a working mom.
All orders are shipped USPS first class mail. The
shipping calculator may indicate your order will come via priority mail
however this is not correct. Our products come from multiple partners
and the only way we can keep our shipping costs as low as possible is to
send everything USPS first class mail.
Yes we do ship to Canada. All items will be sent first class mail. Stock
Show Boutique is not responsible for any customs fees that may be in
cured with your purchase. Please check with your local customs office
prior to purchase.
Each product is lovingly created just for you! Current design,
production, and shipping time is 10-14 business days. Business days are
Monday through Friday and exclude all major U.S. holidays. Most orders
ship via USPS first class or priority mail. You will receive an email
with a tracking number once your order has shipped. This timeline does
fluctuate during the busy season, our most current timeline is always
posted on our product pages.
Due to the customized nature of our products we can not offer a refund
or exchange policy. Occasionally there are issues on behalf of our
printing partners, minor defects in products, or a typo on my behalf
which we will gladly re-print for you. When this does happen we ask for
you to ship the item back so we can provide it to our printing partner. I
am sorry this does not include cases where you are not happy with the
color you chose.
